Proposed Accommodations: Pricing is based on proposed accommodations. At the time of booking, it may be necessary to adjust final accommodations based on availability, especially with last minute bookings during the high season. This may cause slight fluctuations in final pricing. If there are drastic price increases (very rare), we will consult with you prior to booking them.
Tour Deposit: Your booking will be confirmed when we receive a 30% deposit toward your invoice. If booking within 4 weeks of your scheduled departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking. After the deposit is paid, we will begin booking your accommodations. This can take up to 1-2 weeks, but is usually quicker. Once everything is confirmed we will communicate the finalized pricing.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of your tour.
