Ourika Valley

The route from Marrakech to the Ourika Valley is a scenic route. The road winds through the mountains and is lined with fruit trees and gardens. The trees blossom between February and May. Follow the Ourika River further south and you’ll find yourself in Setti Fatma, the famous hiking spot known for its seven waterfalls. If you can’t make the trip in the beginning of the year, August is also a great time to visit as there is a four day festival during that time of year. See our day trips for information about scheduling a trip to the Ourika Valley.
